Thanks for the insider’s story. It confirms my senses when I feel the judgemnets were slipping off from the correct judgement almost all the time. When I see this show the foremost coming to my mind is the wrong judgement. It is not necessay Chithras is the sweetest voice and so as Alka’s. I was a great fan of Susheela but not Janaki’s as her high pitch was piercing my organs and lyrics not clear. The same with LathaMangeshkar, I can not admire the false shrill high pitch which may be heavenly but not earthly to my low tunned Karnatic oragans. So melody is always not pleasent, listen to it continuously you will hit the boredom soon. There should be life, strength in the song with a mixture of molody, power, lyrics etc., is my criteria. Now please understand where I judge these judges Acumen. I love Nithys shree, Sri Nisha, Oviya, sowmya, Priyanka, Alka in this order on this scale.
I knew chithra had toured with Alka and has many albums with her etc. Alka is a part of chithra’s career and so naturally she will be interested in bringing her up while she is fading to make money for herself.
I heard Chithra brought in Alka for this competition along with her when Mallus were not yet inducted in to the team ethically, because it was meant for a Tamil TV channel looking for Tamil chella Kuzhandai. Then the Directors brought in Roshan and Bala Sarangan, their favourites for their part from the last batch and support them from the background. The power fights among the three is what we see daily in the show my dear viwers. The judgement panel is an eyewash for the audience who are meant to shut up and enjoy the rubbish they show. This is the insider’s story of killing fewer tamil kid’s spirit day by day. I appreciate our kids willing to put up with these nonsense and still come out with their best.
Heard Alka’s Dad is Chitra’s Keyboard assistant. Sharath’s mom is a friend of Chithra. Bala Sarangan and Roshan are Mallus. All these voices are honey to Chitra bee, and her judgemental brain shuts off in that intoxication.
This program would have been the nicest, if the partiality had not creeped in. Because of this hoeny bee Chitra it is what it is. In fact Mano balances it a bit but Shuba upsets it by leaning on the same side without a spine.
More than enjoying the kids, my brain spots these obvious paradoxes. I hope the judges change and kids are correctly judged.
I don feel Alka sang wel this time, but judges didn’t pointed strongly compared 2 others…but not @ whole, expecting other kids 2 perform…Finally i wanna mention, pls people just comment about kids singing ONLY…

When Chithra is not there, Mano gets some spine to find some fault with Alka, I have been noticing last time and this time.
