   why people are Foot board Traveling ?
   1. Govt provides less freq in peak hours, so peoples are force to catch the bus. This is way govt earns money with available resource.
   2. The management can prevent this by making close door facility.
   3. Driver/Conduct may stop the bus and make demand with management.
   4. The management can do automated coin ticket system and/or top-up card system to avoid lazy conductor
   5. Govt has show each & every accident and make preventive actions. If they does, State will soon reach to world standard
